Visiting of U.S PRIME Financing Group to Korea and Signed a Global Investment LOI

On October 4-10, 2021, a prominent U.S financing group “PRIME” visited Korea at the invitation of M.K International Inc. Despite the difficult situation in global business between countries due to pandemic COVID-19, the delegations were able to successfully enter Korea carry out intensive discussion toward the cooperation, and build up adamant trust in each other.

The PRIME Group is an expert and top leader with more than 20 years of experience in the Finance industry specializing in global financing of investment, fundraising, financial operation, and management for various global projects.

M.K has made preparations for the PRIMEgroup to select workable projects, in particular, industries such as energy and resources, AI & High-tech, development of the real estate, and beauty & health, advanced manufacturing were selected as the most suitable projects. Partnerships were established with the top-level companies of various industry and in Korea and abroad.

Dr. Jung, chairman of M.K International Inc., organized all the schedules of the visiting different organizations and accompanied by himself, and supervised on-site visits of various projects having professional consultations for related companies. All companies engaged with M.K International Inc. have presented the highest level of presentation, on-site briefing, and provided optimized profit structure of the business to achieve successful investment attraction and its implementation scheme.

After successfully completing the 7-days schedule, the US PRIME delegation expressed their highest appreciation for the excellence of preparation, dynamism, and effective arrangement of various meetings and visits as well as Korea`s unique kindness. A total of 18 projects including 12-domestic and 6-International projects have finally been signed for investment to be made by PRIME.

It was a valuable moment for both M.K and PRIME with granted the best output through mobilizing mutual expertise and closer teamwork.
