"To the US for Financing, Oil & Gas and PPE Business"

In Mid April 2021, Chairman of M.K International Inc. Dr. Hae-Jung Jung embarked on a business trip back to Washington DC, Texas, Miami and NY in USA with various public and private associates.

Dr. Jung had intensive discussion on international financing for projects in Korea, Africa and America with leading Financial Institutes in W.DC for total sum USD2.3B and agreed to deliver by quarterly basis commencing from June in 2021 till 2022.

While in the great State of Texas he had intensive discussions with site touring of Oil & Gas fields in person by private jet pre-organized by historical and reputable Mark A. Bush Oil & Gas Inc. along with his partners including SNH International Co., Ltd. The parties have agreed to potential partnership to realize the business relation of Up & Down Streams of Oil & Gas, for its exploration, process, and supply worth of approx. $1.3B.

Before concluding his trip, the Chairman headed to Florida where MK Group has liaison offices and partners who are working to distribute PPE Products and establish Medical Industrial Park in American Southwest. Dr. Jung met with partners including BNL Trade and Inter/Export LLC among others. The reconcile The Gambia Projects development was initiated with H.E Ambassador of The Gambia to the USA.

워싱톤 에서는 한국, 아프리카, 미국의 프로젝트에 대한 국제금융사업을 W.DC 선도 금융사들과 집중인 협의를 하여 약 USD23억불을 금년 6월 부터 2022년 말까지 분기별로 투자하기로 결정 했습니다.

Texas주 Houston, Dallas 출장 중 동안 정회장은 Oil & Gas 의 탐사, 채굴, 정제, Swap국제판매 석유사업을 역사와 역량 있는 현지 Mark A.Bush Oil&Gas Inc.와 구체적이고 실질적 업무협의와 전용기를 사용한 유전과 채유.처리 현장을 2일간 실사비행 하고 양사임원진 및전문분야별 협력사 대표

들과 협의에 의한 약USD12억 상당의 합작사업에 상호 동의하였으며 3개월내 본계약을 체결키로 의결 했습니다.

텍사스주에 이어 Miami로이동한 정회장은 COVID-19 발생 이후로 꾸준히 진행하고 있는 PPE 관련 제품의 공급에 대한 사업을 중점적으로 논의하였고, Global Pandemic 극복의 일환으로 장기 계획중인 미국내 복합의료단지 설립에 관한 사업의 논의도 AI1, BTI, Inter Imp/Exp 회사등 과 이루어졌습니다.

국제사업에 많은 어려움이 있는 현 시국에도 MK는 회사의 발전과 글로벌사업의 지속성을 위하여 서부 아프리카 감비아국 상업, 주거 및 공업단지 개발사업의 지속추진을 워싱턴주재 잠비아대사관의 전권대사와 협의 후 금년중 현지 방문후 최고 지도자와 협의 후 기본계획 수정후 진행키로 결정했습니다.
