"Business Trip for Energy, Med.Park & Funding in NY, TX, LA"

In July 2021, Chairman of M.K International Inc. Dr. Jung Hae-Jung took Business Trip to the USA with an intensive effort to expand collaboration with international partners. Dr. Jung visited New York, Houston, and Los Angeles for a Business to have a productive follow-up and maturing on the subjected activities in the pipeline, especially for Energy, Medical Industrial Park and International Financing.

In New York, Dr. Jung met Chairman of RPF for Financing activities in USA, ASIA, Africa including Oil & Gas Industries, investment on Fintech as well as Infrastructure development including Metro and Solar Power sectors. The discussion with President of McAlpha Inc. in Canada to discuss on Solar energy for its supply and assembly. The total project amount being matured is approximate value of USD 2.0B.

Dr. Jung had a productive meeting in Houston with partner Mark A. Bush Oil&Gas, Inc., along with eminent associates NFG Energy, BAY Ltd., and Lone Start Ports to have a concerted discussion on Oil and Gas down plus up stream projects. Chairman Jung had separate discussions with private financial institutions Capital A.S. where they agreed to engage for a value of approx. USD 1.3B for international financing on a few projects submitted by M.K. The capable Capital A.S is scheduled to visit Seoul in August or September 2021 toward the final discussion and optimistically entering contract with MK.

Finally, Chairman Dr. Jung’s visit to Los Angeles was highly fruitful. Dr. Jung had an in-depth discussion with Medical Industries of the Americas, Inc.’s CEO Mr. David Silver, and the financial management team on setting up Medical Industrial Park including Nitrile Gloves manufacturing in Alabama. He also had a meeting with C. Capital to discuss investment opportunities on Bio and Battery Storage system in Korea.

2021년 7월 M.K International Inc.의 회장 정해정 박사는 미국 현지 파트너와의 업무협력 증진을 위해 현지 출장 방문을 마치고 귀국 하였습니다. 정회장은 특히 에너지, 의료 산업 단지건설 및 국제금융업무 등의 활성화에 대한 조치 및 성과를 거두기위하여 뉴욕, 휴스턴 및 로스앤젤레스를 방문, 주요 관계사들과 협의 하였습니다.

뉴욕에서는 RPF 금융사의장과 미국, 아시아, 아프리카 투자사업에 깊은 협의를 하고 특히 미국 텍사스주내 석유 및 가스 개발공급사업과, 아시아의 Fintech사업에 대한 투자, 아프리카의 지하철건설 및 태양광 발전 부문을 포함한 인프라 개발 등에 대한 협의를 마쳤습니다. 캐나다 McAlpha Inc. 회사와는 아프리카국 태양광에너지 제품 공급 및 조립생산업 등에 대하여 논의하였고, 언급된 전체사업에 대한 협의가 실현될 경우 총 프로젝트 금액은 대략 미화 20억으로 예상됩니다.

정 회장은 휴스턴에서 비즈니스 파트너인 Mark A. Bush Oil & Gas, Inc. 와 협력사인 NFG Energy, BAY Ltd., Lone Start Ports와 함께 석유 및 가스 다운(Down) 및 업 스트림(Up-stream) 프로젝트에 대하여 매우 깊이 있고 생산적인협의를 하였습니다. 정 회장은 미국 민간 금융그룹인 Capital A.S회사와 별도로 협의했으며, M.K가 제출한 프로젝트에 대한 13억 달러상당의 투자를 약속하고 그 실행 계약을 위하여 2021년 8.9월 서울을 방문할 예정으로 이후 M.K와 계약체결후 본격 추진 예정입니다.

끝으로 정회장의 로스엔젤레스 방문은 매우 현실적 진전을 이루고 특히 현지 Medical Industries of the Americas, Inc.사의 최고 경영진과 Alabama주에 Nitrile Gloves제조시설을 포함한 Medical Industrial Park를 설립하는 프로젝트에 대하여 공동추진에 대한 논의를 마쳤습니다. 또한 C. Capital사와 협의를 통해 한국의 바이오 및 친환경 배터리 시스템에 대한 투자 추진에 대한 논의를 진행 하였습니다.
