Business Trip in NY, Las Vegas, LA, TX

In late October and early November 2021, Dr. Jung Hae-Jung, Chairman of M.K International Inc. went on a Business Trip to the USA for nearly three weeks to have business collaboration with valuable partners. Dr. Jung visited New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Houston and had a productive meeting with an in-depth discussion regarding International Financing, Medical Industrial Park, Oil & Gas, and Beauty and Cosmetics-related topics. The intensive effort was followed by a huge success in bringing a mutual benefit and a strong network.

Chairman Dr. Jung had a meeting in New York with private financial institutions Prime Commercial Lending and Capital Atlantic Solutions in relation to International Financing. After the visit of Capital AS and Prime Group to Korea in early October, they had arranged to involve in the various projects to be implemented in Korea as well as the USA. Dr. Jung visited the USA to continue the open discussion regarding the projects and had a positive and fruitful meeting. On top of that, M.K International Inc. reached an agreement with partners to establish an Industrial Park in the USA.

During the trip to Las Vegas, Prime group and Capital Atlantic Solutions joined Chairman Dr. Jung to have meetings with other partners for collaboration. Dr. Jung was invited to the NACLB conference where he got the opportunity to meet with many valuable people. Chairman’s business trip headed to Los Angeles to have a meeting Medical Industries of the Americas Inc. and other potential partners.

Dr. Jung visited Houston at the beginning of November 2021 before completing his business trip to the USA. He had a special invitation at Vanna Oil along with SNH International Co., Ltd., where they had an intensive discussion on future venturing on Oil & Gas Business. In addition, Chairman Dr. Jung had the opportunity to meet with other partners including NFG Energy, BAY Ltd., and Lone Star Ports to have a discussion on a similar topic.

2021년 10월 말부터 11월 초까지 M.K International Inc.의 정해정 회장과 임원진은 현지국 파트너들과의 비즈니스 관계를 더욱 공고히 하기위해 약 3주간 미국 출장을 다녀왔습니다. 정회장은 뉴욕, 라스베가스, 로스앤젤레스, 휴스턴등을 방문 국제금융, 의료산업단지, 석유 및 가스, 미용／건강 및 화장품 관련 비지니스에 대한 심도있는 논의를 통한 생산적인 협의를 가졌습니다. 특히 현지국 파트너들과 분야별 구체적 이고 현실적논의를 통한 실질업무수행으로 상호 이익추구와 네트워크 강화에 큰 기여를 하였습니다.

정 회장은 뉴욕에서 국제금융 관련 민간 금융사인 프라임 그룹(Prime Group), 캐피털 애틀랜틱 솔루션(Capital Atlantic Solutions)대표단과 지난 10월 서명한 사업의 향후 금융 구도 협의를 하였습니다. 지난 10월 초 캐피털 AS 및 프라임그룹의 최고책임자들이 한국을 방문한 뒤 미국은 물론 한국에서도 다양한 프로젝트들의 금융조달에 참여하기로 했으며，이에 따라 정 회장은 관련 프로젝트들에 대해 전략적파트너쉽 결성에 대한 긍정적이고 유익한 협의를 통해 구체적 진행안에 서명하는 성과를 거두었습니다．또한 M.K International Inc.는 미국에 의료 산업단지를 설립하기 위한 기본협의를 하였습니다.

라스베가스 방문시 NACLB 금융포름 (약 900개 회)에 주빈으로 초청되어 프라임그룹을 포함한 캐피털 애틀 랜틱 솔루션등 현지의 역량있는 많은 금융인들을 만나 국제금융분야 협조와 발전을 위해 다각적 협의 기회를 가졌습니다. 정 회장은 로스엔젤레스로 이동하여 Medical Industries 관련사 및 여러 잠재적 파트너들과의 공동 업무 추진 협의를 하였습니다.

미국 출장 막바지인 2021년 11월 초 휴스턴을 방문하여 SNH International Co., Ltd.와 함께 오일 및 가스전문 그룹인 JBL Vanna Oil의 특별 초청으로 석유 및 가스 사업의 미래와 전망에 대해 집중적 논의하였고 협력약정서에 서명 하였습니다. 또한 정 회장은 NFG Energy, BAY Ltd., Lone Star Ports를 비롯한 다른 파트너들과 만나 에너지와 인프라비즈니스 사안들에 대한 향후 JV 협의를 진행하였습니다.
